01. General Terms

These terms and conditions set out the procedure for the special "1+1 Summer" promotion (second item free) and returns.
The promotion is valid from 19/06/2026 to 05/07/2026 or while promotional stocks last.
The offer applies to all items in the dedicated summer collection category.

02. How the offer works

When you add two participating items to your shopping cart, a 100% discount is automatically applied to the second item (of lower or equal value).
The discount is calculated automatically in your basket; no discount codes are required.
This promotion cannot be combined with any other discount codes or gift vouchers valid in the online shop.

03. Returns and recalculation

You may return items within 14 days of receipt in accordance with statutory requirements.
If you return both pairs (the entire set), you will receive a full refund of the amount paid.
Since the discount applies only when purchasing two items, returning only one pair will result in a price recalculation.

Partial return policy

If you keep one pair of shoes, the promotional terms are no longer fulfilled. The retained pair is charged at its standard (full) price. You will be refunded the difference between the total amount paid at the time of purchase and the full price of the retained item. If only the free pair is returned, no monetary refund is issued.

Shoes A (Higher-priced pair) €100.00

Shoes B (Second pair free, full value €80.00) €0.00

Total paid: €100.00

Returning Shoes A - €100.00

Keeping Shoes B (Recalculated at full price) €80.00

Refund amount (€100 - €80): €20.00

04. Size exchange

If the size is not suitable, you can always exchange it for another size of the same model, subject to stock availability.
When exchanging sizes, promotional conditions remain valid – no additional price recalculations apply.
