Print the form, complete it, and enclose it in the parcel. Without it, we cannot identify whose return we received.

Important

  • Parcel locker returns are collected 2 times a week.
  • Refunds are processed within 14 working days of parcel receipt.
  • Keep the parcel tracking number until the refund is returned.
Section 03 · Terms

Returns terms.

Returns are accepted only if all conditions below are met. Non-compliant items are returned to the buyer.

Returned items must be
  • New, unused, in original condition
  • Packed in undamaged original packaging
  • No signs of wear (e.g. scuffs, hair, dirt)
  • Shoe box unsealed with tape — place the box inside outer packaging
Returns are not accepted if
  • Item used or damaged
  • Completed returns form missing

Items outside the return policy are stored for 60 days if unreachable.
